  Service was great! I was able to get a competent technician in a timely manner. The 2 star review is due to price gouging on a replacement part for the furnace (more than 2X the cost available via the internet with the same warranty). When I called to talk with the owner about the bill, he literally told me "I don't care, fix it yourself next time!" The words "I don't care" should ever be said to a customer, no matter the situation.
